USCG Licensed Captain makes all decisions for your protection.
If Captain determines that weather conditions are not favorable at time of scheduled departure, the departure time can be delayed, or charter rescheduled. If no future date can be arranged, full refund will be made. This latter applies only to charter parties who have arrived and “Mother Nature” doesn’t cooperate. “Weather to go” decisions are the Captains. If the weather turns bad after departure and we have been underway for 30 minutes, no refund will be given. We will return to departure point, weather permitting.

Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, jacket or sweatshirt, camera with film, boat (soft soled) shoes or tennis shoes, food is permitted, however no hard liquor is permitted. If you wish beer/wine or soft drinks, they are permitted. If you are fearful of getting seasick, take an anti-motion sickness medication as directed by manufacturer.
